Payment is due at the time of your order.

We accept online payments of Mastercard, Visa, Discover and Paypal. There is no charge to you to use PayPal's secure service whether or not you have a PayPal account yourself.

We also accept off line payments via credit card, personal check or money order. If you prefer to mail your payment or use your credit card over the phone, please order using the shopping cart. When prompted, choose "Off-line order". After you have completed your order and supplied your shipping address please choose your payment method then click on "Continue - Final Order Form". The next page will include our address and phone number as well as the details of your order. You may then print the page and mail it with your payment or if you prefer, call us with your credit card info.

Please note that payment with a personal check will delay receipt of your order as we wait for the check to clear the bank before shipping. A $25 fee will be charged for all returned checks.

SHIPPING
Most orders will be shipped via United States Postal Service Priority mail with delivery confirmation.
Heavier orders may be shipped via UPS at our discretion.

Occasionally large, bulky items or out of stock items may be drop shipped separately to the customer from our distributor. Due to the prohibitive cost of shipping these items cannot be shipped outside the US.

In stock order will be shipped within 2 business days. If for any reason a delay is necessary, you will be notified via email.

$20.00 - $40.99 = $7.95
$41.00 - $60.99 = $8.95
$61.00 - $80.99 = $10.95
$81.00 - $99.99 = $12.95
$100.00 - $175.00 = $13.95
$175.00 or more = $15.95

SALES TAX
Sales tax of 7% will be added to any order shipped to an address within the state of Indiana.

RETURNS
For the health and safety of everyone’s birds we do not accept returns or exchanges.
