HULLED SUNFLOWER SEEDS
A favorite, tasty treat! Sunflower seeds are an excellent source of vitamin E and very high in B1. They are also a good source of vitamins A & C, Calcium, Iron, Magnesium, Niacin, Phosphorus & Potassium. Protein: 25%. These sunflower seeds can also be soaked and served. They absorb water quickly so rinse well and soak only 1-2 hours. Sunflower seeds don’t actually sprout well as other seeds do but are very tasty and nutritious when eaten as “soaks”.
